"Central Building is a building located at 1-3 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong. It used to house the Hong Kong Hotel before being bought up in 1957 by Hui Oi-Chow's Central Development Limited for renovation, which was completed in 1958. It has 17 storeys, with the basement level and ground to second floors being shops and the other floors being offices. Each floor has a floor area of about 14,654 square feet (1,361.4 m2). Central Building is currently well-known for its many medical practitioner tenants."
